The company develops and implements comprehensive employee benefit plans for employer groups ranging in size from 100 – 15000. With over 30 years of combined experience, Cade’s team of experts specializes in creating employee benefit plans that are innovative, creative, and affordable for the employer groups that they serve.

As a keynote speaker, Cade’s speaking topics are centered around building and nurturing personal and business relationships, team building, motivation, and growth. He believes in leading by example, having a can-do spirit, and helping others see their potential in themselves.
